Within all of us lives, the version of ourselves that has come into this earth understanding that “God is me, and I am god.”
God could never be separate from our existence in this realm. Somewhere along the way, things happen that shock our spirit into releasing this ever knowing truth.
One of the lessons is understanding that
“God did not make me in their limitations."
Therefore addressing limitations suddenly becomes a responsibility to embrace. Embracement, therefore, becomes a conscious act of accepting reality and co-creating with "God."
Visualize and begin to invite your supreme self.
“My supreme self is here. They have always been. I am embracing myself fully.”
Gently ask your spirit to show you the direction for where you will be your happiest, healthiest, creative version of yourself. Ask your spirit to show you the way and to remove and challenges that are in your path.
Pause. Take a moment close your eyes and bring your hands to your heart or belly.
Welcome yourself.
Spirit, show me what I look like, feel like, and allow me to embrace myself with the love of source.

Take your journal and journal - this is what I feel like when I am happy. Happy in my life. (Self.Work.Financial. Purpose. Love.Relationships.)

Ask spirit to show you what is preventing you from receiving your blessings.
During this part, be very mindful of your thoughts and feelings. The emotions of unworthiness, guilt, shame. etc.- like to arise.
Examine the emotions and give them space rather than judgment offer the emotions ~ gentleness. "
I offer my emotions my gentleness."
Ask the emotions when did they show up? at what age? who transfer that energy onto you.
Once you can identify the experience. Claim your power.

“I offer myself and others forgiveness. I am my divine and I return to the perfect nature that is love.”
The power of this work is realizing that you are worthy of receiving yourself at your fullest form. No more holding back! No more taking away from your power! Today, right now, is the moment to realize- I can call anything I want and need into my existence and God is within me and I am God in human form!
