In this workshop, we will explore the topic of self.
This class includes a guided meditation, self- affirmations, and journaling prompt.
Writing is therapeutic, and writing a letter to a version of yourself from the past, present or future brings healing of a lifetime. This letter is a work of art, you are your masterpiece, so come explore with me all topics of self- confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. Together we will create a new letter to self!
