This Grief and Gratitude Workshop will be a deep healing experience through the modalities of meditation and reiki combine with journaling. This meditation and writing workshop will allow us to write out our deepest grief and hold space for it. Only when we look at the heart's deepest pain, can we offer it healing. Gratitude is the way through each and every single challenge that arises in our journey. This combination of grief and gratitude will allow for a transformational experience to occur as we write our story.

In this workshop, we will explore the topic of self.

This class includes a guided meditation, self- affirmations, and journaling prompt.
 

Writing is therapeutic, and writing a letter to a version of yourself from the past, present or future brings healing of a lifetime. This letter is a work of art, you are your masterpiece, so come explore with me all topics of self- confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. Together we will create a new letter to self!

A Meditation Journaling Workshop in which will explore our relationship to the past, present, and future. This workshop is designed with the intention to build and enhance our meditation and journaling practice. We will start with a 30- minute meditation in which we will calm the mind, body, and heart. Journaling serves as an open door to our emotions, experiences, and intentions. We will be using the poetry of artist Rupi Kaur to guide our writing with three guide prompts focusing on the relationship with our past. our present.our future. No Writing experience required. Bring a journal, pen, and cup of tea 😉
