A Meditation Journaling Workshop in which will explore our relationship to the past, present, and future. This workshop is designed with the intention to build and enhance our meditation and journaling practice. We will start with a 30- minute meditation in which we will calm the mind, body, and heart. Journaling serves as an open door to our emotions, experiences, and intentions. We will be using the poetry of artist Rupi Kaur to guide our writing with three guide prompts focusing on the relationship with our past. our present.our future. No Writing experience required.
